The Competitive Edge of a Manufacturing Enterprise: Multicriteria Evaluating

Abstract
The paper deals with the multicriteria evaluation of competitive edge of an enterprise on the basis of primary criteria complex. We investigated the possibilities to apply the MCDM methods, such as SAW, COPRAS, and, as a result, the comprehensive set of primary evaluation criteria having different impact significance was created. The general index of relative competitive edge of an enterprise based on presented evaluation models (adequate to applied SAW method) has been determined. The suggested technique was applied to the case evaluation of some Lithuanian windows manufacturing enterprises.
