Abstract
Education is above all a system of knowledge or skills for action, a system of practices. That is, for organizations to really optimize the fruits of their management, it is necessary to move from a simplistic knowledge structure to a complex knowledge structure, where all members of the organization contribute their share of knowledge and this would be thetrue civilization of ideas. Well, educational management has no greater interest but leads to the operational and links the problem as a social need with organizational objectives or goals. Which favors the acquisition of knowledge and skills, helps to self-regulate feelings and emotions; in addition to developing values and promoting actions consistent with the complexity of the XXI century. An ethical and supportive society, since solidarity is the same as responsibility, and this translates into ethicalcommitment to history. An ethical society is a society
