THE COMPOSITE ELEMENTS OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract
The position of small business and infrastructure of small business support in Odessa region was analyzed in the article. The structure of elements of the infrastructure of small business support was generalized as a complex of interfacing systems. The problems of development of infrastructure cover commons of development of the small business in a regional program of development assistance of small business were defined. The recommendations for the formation of small business support infrastructure with the purpose to serve the interests of businesses function subjects, cover commons of their functioning and assistance in improvement of their effectiveness are suggested.
