THE COMPOSITION OF EXPENDITURE AND REVENUE OF HOTELS OF UKRAINE AS AN OBJECT OF ACCOUNTING

Abstract
The article proves the importance of research of the issues of formation and composition of production costs, production costs, as well as the issue of obtaining the income of the enterprises of the hotel industry to assess the level of profitability of hotel services. Based on the study of sectoral characteristics of the hotel enterprises, highlighted classification of the expenditures and revenues of hotel enterprises, adapted to the current requirements of the tax legislation of Ukraine, and also determined the composition of the expenditure and income of hotels in Ukraine and their influence on accounting
