THE CONCEPT OF CRIME IN THE HISTORY OF CRIMINAL LAW AND LEGAL DOCTRINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of crime, regulated at different times in the criminal law, and scientific forensic scientists’ positions on the definition of the term. The necessity of further research on the definition of crime clarify its legal nature, formulation of features and establishing criteria for the ratio of crime and criminal offenses.
