THE CONCEPT OF "ENSURING THE CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS OF MAN AND CITIZEN IN UKRAINE"

Abstract
In the article the concept of providing of constitutional freedoms of man and citizen is investigated in Ukraine. Labours of different authors are analysed in relation to providing of constitutional freedoms. Authorial determination of providing of constitutional freedoms is offered in Ukraine. Conclusions and recommendations are given.
