The concept of improving the provision of administrative and social services to the anti-terrorist operation participants

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of problems related to the provision of administra- tive and social services to the anti-terrorist operation participants. The work of the existing public service delivery system in Ukraine is analysed, proposals for improvement of the work of emergency centers for the anti-terrorist operation participants are set out.
