THE CONCEPT OF IMPROVING THE REPRESENTATION AND PROTECTION OF INTERESTS OF THE STATE BORDER SERVICE OF UKRAINE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS (IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEW EDITION OF THE CODE OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE)

Abstract
In the scientific article, on the basis of the current administrative-procedural law, judicial practice and legal doctrine, conducted scientific research of the representation and protection of the interests of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in administrative proceedings. Protection in the courts of legitimate interests of the bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is carried out by the chiefs of these bodies or their representatives, which operate within the powers granted to them by the law and in accordance with the Instruction on the organization of protection of legitimate interests of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the courts. Unfortunately, this instruction was issued prior to the adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, therefore it does not take into account the new procedure for the representation in administrative proceedings of an exclusively lawyer or the head of the relevant subject of power. Therefore, the author is invited to make appropriate changes and additions to it.
