THE CONCEPT OF SMART TECHNOLOGIES IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

Abstract
The digital transformation of the oil and gas industry has many advantages and limitations, therefore, in order to assess the economic and technological efficiency, it is necessary to consider this tendency from the both sides. This article considers the introduction of smart technologies in the oil and gas industry, the technological and economic effect of the digitalization of oil and gas infrastructure, as well as the rationale for investment attractiveness for smart wells based on their performance.
