THE CONCEPT OF “THE STATE SOCIAL PROGRAM FOR THE PROVISION OF EQUAL RIGHTS AND POSSIBILITIES OF WOMEN AND MEN” FOR THE PERIOD OF 2021 AS A ELEMENT FOR IMPROVING THE STATE EDUCATIONAL GENDER POLICY

Abstract
The article highlights the issues of approving the concept of the “State Social Program for the Equal Rights and Opportunities of Women and Men” for the period up to 2021, which provides for the creation of an algo- rithm for implementing it. The relationship between the state level of implementation of the principle of gender equality and between educational policy on this issue is defined. The causes of problems related to the imple- mentation of the principle of gender equality in Ukraine are analyzed, and real mechanisms for overcoming shortcomings are identified.
