Abstract
The current business environment is getting more and more complicated, as well as experiencing great changes while firms pursue competitive advantage through collaborative alliances and partnerships. Consequently, reporting of inter-firm relationships is now transforming too, posing new challenges to managers, accountants, and auditors. This article concentrates on defining joint venture (arrangement), which have not been combined in terms of previous researches.
