THE CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES OF MORAL MOTIVATION FOR WORK ACTIVITY IN HEIS

Abstract
In this article, conceptual approaches towards the development of a motivational model of professional activity among HEI employees have been raised. The results of studies carried out for that reason have been summarized in the comments related to the problems of motivation of professional activity, career motivation, and the motivation towards managerial activity. In this research are presented: the sociological research methods, the procedure of sample calculation, the results of factorial and cluster analysis, the characteristics of the clusters, the exposure mechanism of the factors affecting the respondents in each cluster. Additionally, new conceptual approaches towards the development of intangible motivation mechanism for labor activities in HEIs are recommended:
