The Conceptual Metamorphosis in American Folklore Ballads

Abstract
Tha article is aimed at investigation of the bases for cretive thinking and imagery formation in American folklore ballads. In the process of the recontruction of the verbal images conceptual models it appered that the conceptual metamorphosis is a specific way to reconstruct the world characteristic of American folklore balladry.
