THE CRADLE OF PSYCHOPHEDOLOGY OF THE TEACHER’S ACTION IN THE SYSTEM OF THE SPIRITUAL EDUCATION IN CHERNIHIV COLLEGE OF THE ХVІІІ CENTURY

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the emergence of psycho-pedagogy in the educational system of Chernihiv Collegium. It is considered to be the largest educational institution in the territory of Ukraine-Hetmanate of the ХVІІІ century, which carried out the professional training of the future teachers. The principles of psycho-pedagogy, the combination of psychological and pedagogical knowledge how to influence the intellect, the will and feelings of future pupils are emphasized. The humanistic orientation of educational paradigms in the training of mentors-teachers, the value of individual educational disciplines for the formation of a person who is capable of performing at a proper level pedagogical activity-action are underlined.
