THE CREATION OF SCIENTIFIC-EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MARKET AS A DETERMINANT OF INVESTMENT PROCESSES ACTIVATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The directions of creation in Ukraine the developed market of scientific and educational services according to European principles as determinants of investment processes activation are highlighted. The structural parameters of budget financing of scientific and educational sphere in OECD countries, which should define the vector of its development in Ukraine, are revealed. The key barriers are identified and the main directions of transformation of scientific and educational sphere and the economy and society are justified to create the necessary conditions for transition of the Ukrainian economy to a new quality of economic growth.
