ECONOMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY IN INNOVATIVE WAYS OF USING FOOD INDUSTRY WASTE

Abstract
The features of innovative and technological potential formation in feeds production from food industry wastes are explored. The technological efficiency on the example of the enterprises of Zhytomyr region, which manufacture innovative types of feeds from food industry wastes, is considered. The necessity in application of innovations in processing industry is justified and the performance of enterprises that have implemented innovations is analyzed.
