ESSENCE AND ROLE OF THE STRUCTURAL REFORMS IN THE TRANSITION ECONOMY

Abstract
The aim of the article is to outline the term “structural changes”, to state essence and role of structural changes in the transition economy. Author views structural changes as drastic changes of the inner interconnected elements of the economic system, which deal with both unsystematic and vague integral properties changes of the system, and lead to the transformation of the latter. Generaly any changes in the economic system if not instantly, then gradually cause structural changes in the economy itself.
