THE CRIME PHENOMENONIN THE CONTINENTAL AND LEGAL TRADITION

Abstract
The article investigates the phenomenon of crime and its component — social danger in continental legal traditions. The phenomenon of crime is considered in the context of categorical-conceptual theory of state and law. The concept of crime is deepened and the author’s definition of this phenomenon is given.
