THE CULTURE OF COMMUNICATION IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY: EXPLORING SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT ON EFFECTIVE TEACHING

Abstract

The culture of communication within the pedagogical activity of teachers plays a crucial role in fostering effective teaching and learning environments. This article delves into the significance of communication culture, examining its impact on student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement. Drawing upon relevant research and theoretical perspectives, we explore the elements that constitute a positive communication culture, including effective verbal and nonverbal communication, active listening, empathy, and feedback. Additionally, we discuss strategies to cultivate a culture of communication among teachers, students, and educational stakeholders, highlighting its potential to enhance teaching effectiveness and student success.
