THE CURRENT STATE OF PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT AT UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article deals with the current state of staff development at Ukrainian enterprises, professional training in terms of personnel competencies and the main activities carried out at the enterprise to enhance the work of staff. The growth of the role of knowledge in society, the development of knowledge intensive, intellectual technologies requires the flexible and adaptive use of human resources of the enterprise. The introduction of new technologies facilitates the development of progressive approaches. Given this, modern production faces the challenges of modernizing the classical systems of personnel management and the introduction of new management models aimed at the continuous development of the intellectual, cultural and creative potential of employees.
