THE DANUBE DELTA: MODERN PROCESSES OF LITHODYNAMIC

Abstract

Lithodynamic processes of Kilia-part of the Danube Delta for the last centuries were investigated. It was characterized the sediments of the Danube Delta and seaside, analyzed their size distribution. Depositional factors have been identified, shows the influence of the Danube sediments and marine sediments in the process of delta formation.
