THE DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT OF SERVITUDE

Abstract
The article describes the basic concept of the definition of «servitude» in which the result of the analysis and study of legislative experience of other countries, the author proposed a definition of «servitude». Servitude – is the target of another’s property encumbrance established for the benefit of a certain person (group of persons) or in favor of the (other) property in a well-defined scope and limits imposed by the need to establish it.
