THE DETERMINANTS OF COOPERATION AND THE NEED FOR BETTER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS IN EU COUNTRIES: THE CASE OF POSTED WORKERS

Abstract
The article analyses the determinants of cooperation and better communication between stakeholders in EU countries on the issue of policy pertaining to posted workers. The methodology of the current research is based on the data collected through qualitative research. The interview method has been used in order to obtain the data from the stakeholders involved in the policy for posting workers. According to the research findings, information exchange and cooperation are well-developed on a regional level. The broad diversity of information exchange practices has been found in the policy stakeholders’ network. However, all the networks are in start-up phases.<br/><br/>
