Although Soviet ideology showed all these innovations as the concern of the Communist Party and the Stalin government for the awareness of the population of various formats with news that was dosed and after a thorough review of censorship. The list of films and broadcasts was of exclusively military and heroic meaning and aroused irreconcilability towards class enemies who obstructed the socialist revolution and its tasks in the struggle to affirm the equality of brotherhood and prosperity among workers and peasants. The activities of all these institutions were controlled by a large number of party functionaries loyal to the Soviet system, responsible for the timely revision of film production by districts and regions, cities and villages.
