Volunteer movement in Ukraine (based on the collection of the National museum of Ukrainian history)

Abstract
The article deals with the history of the volunteerism, analyzed performance index of world charity, the current state of philanthropy in Ukraine. December 5, 2014 Organization United Nations in Ukraine and the Government of Ukraine and voluntary organizations presented the results of a nationwide study of volunteering in Ukraine. The article presents findings of a study conducted by the company GfK Ukraine, Ukrainian recognize the important role of volunteerism in social processes: 62% recognize the importance of volunteers in the political changes of 2014, 85% believe that volunteering helps promote peace, and 81% tend to think of the volunteer motion obligatory part of civil society. Also, tells the story of Ukrainian volunteers Miroslava Gaja, Victoriji and Alexandra Kononovyh, who handed flags Museum of Ukraine. Volunteering has become an integral part of the profound changes in the social structure of Ukrainian society, which began to happen after the recent events on the Maidan. Indikated thet the subject matter concerned are engaged in native scientists as M. Kozachuk, O. Pankova, O. Kasperovych, O. Ishcenco, M. Chukhrai, I. Tokhtarova, L. Shimchenko. Theoretical Laws of Ukraine, other normative acts, printed periodic matters, internet resources, served theoretical and methodological basis of work. The reasons of this process are revealed, as well as the background of the current state of the state-society relations in the sphere of volunteering.
