THE DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC SCIENCE AS A GENERATOR OF A CREATIVE BREAKTHROUGH IN THE ECONOMY

Abstract
The article describes the main ways of effective development of the domestic scientific field as a generator of creative economic development. It has been shown that the strategy of development of the domestic scientific sector should be based on the principles of systemicity, aimed at the availability of creative initiatives of the EU to domestic scientists. It is noted that the interaction of science and business will allow technologically re-equip domestic enterprises and increase their competitiveness. It is proved the importance of organizing scientific internships for young scientists, creating conditions for motivating creative activity in scientific institutions, initiating programs for the return of scientists to Ukraine. It is proposed to introduce transparent systems for evaluating the scientific activity of scientific institutions, using modern tools and information technologies.
