THE PROCESS OF FORMATION INTEGRATION INITIATIVES AS A DIRECTION OF INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF POULTRY INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article deals with the main forms the enterprises integrations that can be implemented on the basis of poultry industry enterprises. Characterized the advantages and disadvantages of different types of integration formations: clusters, agroholdings, cooperatives, integration on the basis of the agreement on joint activity. Based on the conducted cluster analysis, the most possible forms of cooperation between the enterprises of the region were identified. It is determined that the best way of integrating is the formation of integration initiatives within the poultry industry.
