The development of state role and functions in economy

Abstract
theoretical and methodological grounds of the analysis of the evolution of the state’s economic functions. The aim of the article is analysis of the main approaches to definition of the state in economy, systematization of scientific views on evolution of its economic functions and definition of promising directions of perfection of a regulatory impact of government on running of macroeconomic processes. The wide spectrum of general scientific and special methods was used while the article writing, in particular historic and logical ones abstraction, generalization, methods of induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis. The results of work are first of all in implementation analysis of the main approaches to the definition of a role of the state in economy, systematization of scientific views on evolution of its economic function and definition of perspective directions of perfection of government impact on the running of macroeconomic processes. The conclusions of the work first of all are in the fact that the experience of development of the world economy demonstrated, that different countries in some periods of time oriented themselves mostly on certain functions of regulations of economy, depending on history stages, national traditions, realizing of the opportunities and necessity of their using. Received results can be used both for improvement of the state’s policy implementation, and in studying processes while teaching a number of disciplines.
