Budget ensure the implementation of structural reforms

Abstract
The research is focused on structural reforms in Ukraine. The aim of the study is characterization and analysis of budgetary support for implementation of structural reforms. Methods used in the research process: generalization of the method of comparative analysis, statistical and other research methods. The results of the work. Characterized and analyzed budget and ensuring the implementation of structural reforms. The scope of the results: the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Conclusions. Social reform is recognized as the most appropriate way to progressive social development, they must be implemented on the scientific basis and meet the current challenges in the Ukrainian society, to be matched by appropriate resources (investment, information, personnel, logistical, financial and other) and directional system of public power.
