THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCES OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF REFORMATION OF EDUCATION

Abstract
In this article the importance of competence approach in preparing future professionals, which refers to the orientation of the educational process in the formation and development of key competencies and subject personality. The necessity of improvement of professional training of teachers on the basis of a rational combination of traditional and innovative forms of educational process, methods and tools for learning. The study also found that the organization and implementation of competence-based approach and control of the educational process received considerable attention, but the results of studies mainly concern the implementation of this phase of only students. The problem of training teachers for the implementation of monitoring and assessment of student achievements is still not completely solved. In the didactics of high school is not well-founded approach to the definition of the purpose and content control are not developed objective requirements level of training of graduates of teacher training institutions to for knowledge. Lack of instructional technology training future teachers a culture of control and evaluation activity reduces the level of training of graduates of teacher training institutions to their future independent work on the educational fi eld.
