Abstract
The purpose of this article is to try and test methods of heptagon innovation mana-gement as a tool for diagnosis of the innovation activity of enterprise. The object of the study is the Housing Cooperative “Makoszowianka” in Zabrze (Silesia Region, Poland, European Union) leading business in the field of property management.
