The concept of enterprise of the future as a source of new paradigms in Human Capital Management

Abstract
The article is based on the assumption that the concept of the enterprise of the future constitutes a starting point for formulating new paradigms of human capital management. The author exposes, among others, the great importance of human capital resulting from the great importance of knowledge in the organization of the future, variability of human capital, changing nature of the relationship between employees and an organization, and new perspective on organizational leadership.
