The document management adaptation to service learning method

Abstract

The dif fer ent learni ng methods (team work, traini ng o f critical cont em plation, distance learning, service learning a nd etc.) st rive for hi gher efficiency of studies and for more close contact of theory and practice. Also these me tho d s strive to convert student’s knowledge to student’s competence. Constantly we look for new possib ilities to realize this point by using new, innovative me th ods in t eac hin g of doc um e n t ma na ge men t. Service Learning m e t hod is one of suc h m e th ods . Th is is fl e x i b l e and mobile study’s system. It integrates particular lectures, seminars in auditorium w i t h objective work in no n-g o ve rn me nt o rga niz a tio n , public or ga nizati o n , enterprises and etc. Service Learning is named Ci t i zenshi p and Service Learning, Cooperate Education, Cooperate Studies in West coun t r ies. Service Learning strives to equilibrate, concretize and adapt students’ knowledge, competences and attitudes to local re q u i re m en ts. Also it strives to adapt training course to regional re qui re men t s. The aim of the article is to analyse t h e adaptation of document management course to service learning met h o d, i.e. to give conception, m e th od o l ogy , proceeding and study’s results of Service Learning me th od .
