The dynamic modeling of totality of a free unconnected machining tool for machine part surfaces in a vibration field

Abstract

A nonlinear mathematical model was developed to describe the dynamics of a totality of free unconnected machining tool of machine part surfaces in a vibration field, taking into account the physical and mechanical properties of both the working tool and the machined parts. The model is based on the use of asymptotic methods of nonlinear mechanics. It allows analytically investigating the influence of the totality parameters of the processing tool and the parts to be processed on the efficiency of the vibrating technological machine operation and the contents of its working chamber for optimization both the design stage and the choice of operating modes. The obtained model can be included in the composition of generalized models for studying the dynamic processes of the vibrating-type processing systems, to be part of the systems of their automated calculations and designing. It can be used for research of such technological operations of part surface processing as strengthening, grinding, polishing, cleaning, etc. With the help of the obtained model, the frequency characteristics of the oscillating motion of a vibrating technological machine working chamber during surface machining of machine parts and mechanisms are investigated.
