The dynamics of organizational and economic transformations of business subjects and architectonics of the agrarian sphere

Abstract
The article is dedicated to scientific and theoretical generalization of formation results of organizational and economic transformations in agrarian sphere, institutional dynamics of changes of the basic organizational and legal forms of management, which form the modern architectonics of agrarian sphere of the state, is shown. The conclusion is based on the fact that in case of non-synchrony of the pace of transformation of organizational and legal forms, social reproduction in agrarian sphere takes place on a market basis, and the nature of the process of transformation came out of the phase of deconstruction and became evolutionary. The article deals with the organizational, structural, institutional and other aspects of the formation and development of a market system in the agrarian sector from the point of view of different scholars.The author asserts that all elements of the design of the agrarian sphere should be changed and improved in such a way as to bring the whole system closer to a state of equilibrium, in which it will function most effectively, ensuring the consistency of the economic interests of all economic entities that form it. The paper presents the characteristics of the basic laws of architectonics - the law of equilibrium, the law of the golden mean and the law of structuring. The study contains an analysis of the number of objects in agriculture, which have changed the form of ownership and the structure of agricultural commodity producers by the organizational forms of management. The conducted researches have determined that today the main producers of agricultural products are two groups of economic entities - highly integrated agro-industrial associations, mainly in the form of agroholdings, and private peasant farms, which produce more than 40% of gross agricultural output. Information is provided that food security in Ukraine is associated with agricultural production, which is based not on family business models, both in developed countries, but in private multi-national corporate structures. It is noted that analysis of the peculiarities of the process of development of rural households from the standpoint of the institutional approach and the identification of the causes of imbalances in the formation of modern architecture of the agrarian sphere and the place in it of households as a special element providing stabilizing functions in the process of transformation of agrarian production, allows to form ideas about their lack of synchronicity and the interconnection with the institutional dynamics of transformations in comparison with the transformations of other organizational and legal forms.
