The dynamics of students’ perspective on their readiness to use virtual learning environment

Abstract
This paper is based on theoretical and empirical research. Experience collected from three different universities raised the concerns addressed in designing and carrying out the study, based on quantitative research methodology; however, due to limitations of this paper, only a part of results is presented. The purpose of this paper is to present dynamics (2015-2016) of readiness of students (one of the key actors in any educational process) to use MOOCs with two aspects of readiness: needs and competencies, being at focus.
