The effect of counseiing-based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on the quality of life of women attending the cultural centers of the city

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of counseling-based acceptance and commitment (ACT) on the quality of life of women referred to the cultural centers of the city. This study was a quasi-experimental design with pretest - post test control group in 93 is executed. The target population included all patients referred to the cultural centers of the city. The sample in this study, 30 women were married and sampling recruited and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups were replaced. This questionnaire was summarized by the World Health Organization Quality of Life. Data analysis was performed using analysis of covariance. Test and post-test than the control group increased. (001/0 = p, 547/17 = F).
