If the company provides bonuses and commissions fairly and carefully, the employee will be even more persistent in completing his duties and the companys goals will also be achieved. Likewise with motivation, each employee has different needs but to meet these needs they have to work even harder, but company support is also needed in this case to improve employee performance, for example by giving awards to employees who excel.
