The Effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Performance (Case Study at XYZ Company)

Abstract
Abstract:This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivational leadership and compensation on employee performance of PT XYZ. The sampling method used is a saturated sample. The population is 47 employees and the samples are all employees. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, motivation and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership and motivation have a significant positive effect on performance. Motivation and compensation have a significant positive effect on performance.
