The effect of psychological capital on entrepreneurship: A study on university students<p>Psikolojik sermayenin girişimcilik eğilimine etkisi: Üniversite öğrencileri üzerinde bir araştırma

Abstract
In this study, the influence of optimism, hope, psychological endurance, and self-sufficiency, which are the sub-dimensions of Psychological Capital Scale, on entrepreneurship, has been tested with Multiple Regression Analysis. In this context, the hypotheses that were prepared in the scope of the study were applied to 300 students who were studying at Adıyaman University, Besni Vocational High School, who received Entrepreneurship Classes and who were successful. The results have revealed that the psychological capital is influential on the entrepreneurship inclinations of the hope and self-sufficiency sub-dimensions. ÖzetBu çalışmada psikolojik sermaye ölçeğinin alt boyutları olan iyimserlik, umut, psikolojik dayanıklılık ve öz-yeterliliğin, girişimcilik eğilimi üzerindeki etkisi Çoklu Regresyon Analizi ile test edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda hazırlanan hipotezler Adıyaman Üniversitesi Besni Meslek Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören ve Girişimcilik dersi alıp başarılı olmuş 300 öğrenci üzerinde test edilmiştir. Sonuçlar psikolojik sermayenin umut ve öz-yeterlilik alt boyutlarının girişimcilik eğilimi üzerinde etkili olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
