The Effect of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction through OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) at PT Nusantara Traisser Surabaya

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction, determine the effect of OCB on job satisfaction, and determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee job satisfaction through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Archipelago Traisser. The number of samples in this study were 46 employees, the sampling technique was using a census. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and compensation have an effect on OCB. Work motivation and compensation affect job satisfaction. OCB has an effect on job satisfaction. OCB mediates the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction.
