THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Abstract
Leadership Management Training is supported by the abilities and skills of participant in following the training with various techniques used by trainers and facilitators. The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of Leadership Management Training for top level management levels on PT. PLN (Persero) in Kalimantan Regional (South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and North Kalimantan). The results of this training from participants are able to develop self-ability, improve and maintain the competencies studied, analyze a problem, develop an activity plan, and control the activities undertaken in each work unit so that the achievement of corporate objectives and human resources quality improvement.<br/><br/>
