THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE STATE REGULATION OF THE PROCESSES OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR CITIZENS AFTER PHYSICAL AND HEALTH ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The basic principles of physical education in society based on the values of a healthy lifestyle are analyzed. The mechanisms of state regulation in the system of motivation for physical culture and sports are investigated. The importance of forming a consolidated Ukrainian society through state regulation of physical education is substantiated. Effective mechanisms of state regulation of healthy lifestyles in Ukraine are proposed.
