The pretraining athletes were divided into random method experiment and control groups by applying age, height, weight and ITN tennis depth power and tenderness strength test. The study lasted for 8 weeks, 3 days a week, and 90 minutes, while the control group performed club workouts and the experimental group worked by adding strength training to club training. At the end of the study, the measurements were repeated and the obtained data were analyzed by Wilcoxon in-group and Mann Withney-U test between group in the SPSS 11.5 program. Significant difference was found in the analysis of ITN sensitivity and power tests and ITN depth power in the experimental and control group (p <0,05). There was no significant difference between the groups in the experimental and control groups (p> 0,05). As a result, it can be said that force training applied to 14-16 year old male tennis players has no effect on tennis skill.
