THE EFFECTS OF THE LEADER EXECUTIVES ON THE EMPLOYEES’ MOTIVATION AND PERFORMANCE: A STUDY IN PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

Leadership is also recognized as the ability to guide and influence people on a regular, conscious basis in achieving goals and objectives. One of the characteristics of a good leader; as well as guiding members of the organization to reach professional success, inspiring confidence in them, using persuasiveness, and often motivating them. In this respect, it is necessary for the contemporary leader to keep communication open to the organization by being effective and productive besides being able to see the future, by increasing his self-confidence by always complying with ethical rules. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to examine the concepts of "leadership", "motivation" and "performance" in the organization from a theoretical point of view and examine the relation between these three concepts to a certain extent. In this study firstly, the definition, types and approaches of the leadership with the title of "Leadership", then the definition of motivation with its types and theories are explained under "Motivation" title and also performance concept and performance measurement explained under "Performance" title
