THE ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF STATE FORMS: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The authors elucidate the essence of the form of the state as a whole, as well as coverage ratio of total relevant aspects of the concept of "form of government" and its structural elements in modern state-legal theory. Much interest in the outlined problems are not confined to a scientific and practical sense, given the need to find the optimal model of the Ukrainian state.
