THE EMERGENCE OF INFORMAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE AS A RESULT OF DEINSTITUTIONALISATION AND DEFORMALIZATION AND SPECIFICITY OF THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE FORMATION OF POLITICAL REGIME

Abstract
Analized a general problems of the domestic political process and the influence of informal institutions mainly on development of the Ukrainian political system and on the formation of political regime in Ukraine. Determined political regime of Ukraine as a hybrid because of advantages informal institutions over formal resulting from the process of deinstitutionalisation and deformalization. Done conclusion about the main difficulties of Ukraine in the way of political modernization and democratization.
