The essence and features of the competitive strategy formation of the industrial enterprise strategy in the conditions of the market environmental mobility

Abstract
Introduction. Competitive strategy is a prerequisite for strengthening competitive positions and gaining competitive advantages in each direction of the industrial enterprise. The development of a competitive strategy is to determine how an enterprise will compete, what the goals should be, what tools and actions will be needed to achieve these goals. Formation and implementation of a competitive strategy at an industrial enterprise is appropriate, as it will create conditions for the exit from the crisis situation, improvement of performance indicators, strengthening of positions on the markets of products. Purpose. Analysis of the approaches of scientists to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of competitive strategy, the study of the stages of development and implementation of the company's competitive strategy, the definition of factors affecting the development and implementation of a competitive strategy of the enterprise, research competitiveness indicators of the industrial enterprise. Results. The article is formed by the actual definition of the concept of a competitive strategy of the enterprise. The basic principles, functions, tools of forming a competitive strategy are analyzed. The main stages of implementation of the competitive strategy of the enterprise are outlined. The factors influencing the development and implementation of the competitive strategy of the enterprise are determined. The indicators of competitiveness of the industrial enterprise are analyzed and the basic principles of development of the competitive strategy of the enterprise are formed. Conclusion. In the conditions of the variability of the external and internal environment, bankruptcy of a significant proportion of industrial enterprises, increasing competition, the formation and implementation of a competitive strategy is an important place in the management of the enterprise. Analyzed theoretical principles, features of the formation of competitive strategy, identified factors of influence on the development of a competitive strategy will ensure the effectiveness and clarity of the development of this strategy of the industrial enterprise. The introduction of the foundations of the development of a competitive strategy at the enterprise will strengthen the competitive position not only in the regional and national markets, but also in the global, as well as improve economic development.
