The essence and the key parameters of the formation of the information sphere Ukraine

Abstract
Today, information and knowledge are treated as unlimited resources, the use of which should ensure the existence and development of human society. Information needs of humanity with a clear upward trend, which meet the needs of production quality and necessary information products that are not possible without forming relevant information sphere. Information as to the scope of the economic system should be included in such elementy: copyright environment informatsiyno analytical activities, information services, distribution (peredavannya) information and consumer information products. Organization of interaction and coordination of all elements designed to ensure sustainable development of the information sphere.
