The essence of hospitality as economic category

Abstract
In the article studied hospitality from the position of public phenomenon that becomes new priority direction of human development and experiences that people has during the process of consumption goods and services. Defined and systematized hospitality processes as scientific categories and further elaborated such concepts as hospitality, hospitality sphere, tangible and intangible hospitality services, hospitality product and hospitality industry. The hospitality offered considered as system of economic, socio-economic and economic-environmental relations developing in society about the manufacturing of hospitality product, its distribution, exchange and consumption.
